By trains, coaches or planes, Guangzhou is easily accessible from within China and from overseas.
By train
Via Hong Kong:
Visitors can access Guangzhou by taking the cross-border train from Hung Hom MTR Station (Kowloon, Hong Kong). The journey takes 2 hours to reach Guangzhou East Railway Station. Click here to view the schedule and fee.
Domestic:
Guangzhou has three railway stations handling passenger transport.
- Guangzhou Railway Station at Huanshi Road is the largest and the most important one, operating trains between Guangzhou and Beijing, Wuhan, Nanjing, Chengdu, Chongqing, Xian, Lhasa and many other China cities.
- Guangzhou East Railway Station (Tianhe Railway Station) mainly operates trains between Guangzhou and Hong Kong and frequent bullet trains between Guangzhou and Shenzhen.
- Guangzhou South Railway Station in Panyu District is a mega station mainly operates bullet trains between Guangzhou and Wuhan, and other northern cities.

China Import and Export Fair Complex is located in Haizhu District of Guangzhou with easy access to local major transportation network.

You can take Metro Line 8 to Canton Fair Complex, get out from Exit A of Xingangdong Station to Area A of the Complex, or from Exit A or Exit B of Pazhou Station to Area B of the Complex, or westward approximately 300 meters from Exit C of Pazhou Station to Area C of the Complex.
Route: From Airport North/South Station to Xingangdong/Pazhou Station

Railway Stations to Canton Fair Complex
From Guangzhou Railway Station: Take Metro Line 2 (bound for Guangzhou South Railway Station) to Changgang Station, transfer to Line 8 (bound for Wanshengwei Station) , and exit at Xingangdong Station (for Area A) or Pazhou Station (for Area B or C).
From Guangzhou East Railway Station
Take Metro Line 3 (bound for Panyu Square Station) to Kecun Station, transfer to Line 8 (bound for Wanshengwei Station), and exit at Xingangdong Station (for Area A) or Pazhou Station (for Area B or C).
From Guangzhou South Railway Station
Take Metro Line 2 (bound for Jiahe Wanggang Station) to Changgang Station, transfer to Line 8 (bound for Wanshengwei Station) , and exit at Xingangdong Station (for Area A) or Pazhou Station (for Area B or C).
By taxi
As an important part of Guangzhou's public transportation system, taxis offer fast and convenient service.
You can only get off the taxi in Zhanchangzhong Road in Area A and the taxi pick-up point on the east side of Area C.
